cranium

We did a classic surprise birthday dinner yesterday for my friend, Vivi's 21st birthday. Like me during last year's birthday, she was unbelievably oblivious to everything that's going on though I was probably more airheaded.

Afterwards, we went to my friend's place and we watched not one but TWO whole episodes of "Who's line is it anyway?" The joke that got the biggest laughs was when there playing scenes from a hat. The topic was (something like) "Bad ideas for new bras to which Ryan suggested "The Milk Dud Bra" Then, to my disappointment, we decided to play Cranium instead of game cube. girls... We couldn't play taboo because two of the girls had memorized all of the cards already.

I can't believe Cranium has booster boxes. But it was actually a lot of fun. The two low points of the night came when I decided to try to act out victory lap. I started the slow motion running thing and then pretended up cross the finish line but to no avail. I started running in small circles until they got "lap" Then, I tried to do the nixon Victory sign but they kept guessing peace and I was like noooo the other meaning! =(

My other low point when I was trying to act out "bug zapper." Forget the zapper part. Just trying to get bug was baaad. So I don't know what I was doing at first. I put two fingers up as antennas on my head, and they guessed "devil" and I was like nooooo. So then I tried to become a fly, flapping my wings and such but then they guessed bird. So then I tried crawling on the floor, thinking oh my god they're never gonna get this but it'll be fun haha. Then she guessed ladybug! and I was close close! So, we got bug but then the zapper part... I tried doing shooting poses but all I got was bug charlie's angels. =( all my loss of dignity for nothing.

but it's ok, we won the game when I guessed the fill in the blanks with the clue "dry times" for "prohibition" glorious I tell you. Everyone calling me a nerd was worth it for the glory.
